What is a Color Profile?
Your Color Profile is Bloom’s interpretation of your coloring: your season, your undertone, and a personalized palette with recommendations. It’s generated after you complete a Capture.
How does AI Color Analysis work?
You complete a Guided Capture Set — three face-only photos (front, slight left, slight right). Bloom’s AI Color Analysis reads your undertone, depth, and clarity and places you in one of four seasons. It’s the fast, app-based alternative to In-Person Color Analysis.
How do I manage or cancel my Subscription?
Your Subscription is billed through the App Store. Manage or cancel it anytime in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore purchases?
If you reinstall or switch devices, open Bloom and use Restore Purchases to bring back your Subscription.
How is my photo data handled?
Your Capture photos are uploaded securely and processed to build your Color Profile. We don’t sell your data or use it for ads. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile → Delete account. That removes your photos, your Color Profile, and your account data from our servers. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an active Subscription — do that in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
