Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (the “Terms,” which also serve as the End User License Agreement) govern your use of Bloom. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Bloom.
2. The service
Bloom provides AI personal color analysis and a resulting Color Profile — your season, undertone, and a personalized palette with recommendations — plus Color Check for evaluating an outfit, product, or photo against your palette.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Access to your Color Profile and Color Check requires an auto-renewable Subscription, available weekly ($8.99), monthly ($20), or yearly ($150). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your Subscription anytime in your App Store settings. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bloom for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
5. Your content & consent
You keep ownership of the photos you submit. You grant Bloom the rights needed to process those photos to deliver your Color Profile and Color Check, and you confirm that you have the right to submit them and that they depict you or someone who has consented.
6. Acceptable use
Please use Bloom lawfully. Don’t misuse the service, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app, upload other people’s images without their consent, or submit unlawful content.
7. Not professional advice
Color guidance from Bloom is informational and for personal styling only. It is not professional, medical, or dermatological advice.
8. Disclaimers
Bloom is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bloom after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
